1. About Us
EQUA DESIGN LTD provides property maintenance, building works, disrepair works, refurbishments and reactive maintenance services across the United Kingdom.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Any quotation provided is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.
If the scope of works changes following site inspection or as works progress, we reserve the right to revise the quotation accordingly. Any variations will be discussed and agreed where possible before additional works proceed.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking, Access and Cancellations
You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, or if the appointment is cancelled without reasonable notice, additional charges may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule works in circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, supplier delays or safety concerns.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must disclose any known hazards prior to works commencing, including (but not limited to):
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Unsafe wiring
- Structural instability
- Active leaks or water damage
You must ensure that pets, children and unauthorised persons are kept away from working areas at all times for safety reasons.
5. Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to this, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Pre-existing defects not caused by our works
- Delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control
6. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate promptly and work with you in good faith to resolve the matter.
